However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the rare case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order and will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website or via WhatsApp, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

Payment Methods

We currently accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct online bank transfer. For orders paid via bank transfer, payment must be confirmed before the order is dispatched. Please ensure that transfer details are accurate to avoid delays in processing your order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order at any time before it has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible through a call or WhatsApp message. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Pakistan and are provided as estimates rather than guarantees. Delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of SMS Online Store.

Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. If you receive a damaged item, an incorrect product, or a product that is expired, we will gladly review your claim and arrange a suitable exchange — provided the conditions below are met. To keep this process fair and verifiable for everyone, please read the following carefully:

  • Unboxing video is required. Recording must be continuous and unedited, starting before the sealed parcel is opened and continuing until the product has been fully unpacked and checked. This video is our primary way of verifying claims for damaged, incorrect, missing, or expired items.
  • Report within 24 hours. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with the unboxing video, so we can review and process your claim as quickly as possible.
  • Expired products. If an item is expired, the expiry date printed on the packaging must be clearly visible in the video or in a clear supporting photo.
  • No video, no claim. Claims for damaged, incorrect, missing, or expired items will not be accepted without a valid, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened. Edited, cut, or partial videos may not be accepted as valid proof.
  • Not covered. This policy does not cover damage, breakage, or other issues that occur after delivery due to mishandling, misuse, or normal wear and tear once the product has left our packaging and been used or handled by the customer.
  • Product condition. To remain eligible for exchange, the reported item must be unused and, where applicable, returned in its original packaging.

We understand that recording an unboxing video takes a little extra effort, but it allows us to verify claims quickly and fairly for every customer. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for reasons other than damaged, incorrect, missing, or expired items, such as a simple change of mind.

Limitation of Liability

SMS Online Store will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
